Shipping Policy

Our company is a Singapore-based and currently taking delivery orders to local Singapore addresses.

*International shipping will be available upon personal request.

*Next-day Delivery option will be available for purchase made before 2 pm.

*Standard Delivery available by QExpress Team

Return & Exchange Policy

We are available to assist you with your concern about our products. In any case that you are not satisfied with your purchase (faulty) please declare your product's condition by sending us a message & photos through Web Chat Pop-up or email to info.cesama@gmail.com within 5days after you receive the products.

To be based on our conversation, products that are approved to go through the Return & Exchange process, you will receive credits in return at our store.

Do note that if you chose to mail your item back to us, there will be some risks that are out of our responsibility. We would recommend you to do suitable packaging and use a registered delivery service.

*In case of a declaration of faulty items after 5days period, we reserve the right to refuse the Return & Exchange process.

*All items that are purchased during our Pop-ups will not be allowed for any returns or exchange credits.

*Free delivery for purchase above S$120 is only available for standard delivery service.
