Return & Exchange Policy
We are available to assist you with your concern about our products.
In any case that you are not satisfied with your purchase (faulty) please declare your product's condition by sending us a message & photos through Web Chat Pop-up or email to email@example.com within 5days after you receive the products.
To be based on our conversation, products might be approved for Return & Exchange process.
Do note that if you chose to mail your item back to us, some delivery risks are out of our responsibility. We would recommend you to do suitable packaging and use a registered delivery service.
*In case of a declaration of faulty items after a 5-day period, we reserve the right to refuse the Return & Exchange process.
*All items that are purchased during our Pop-ups will not be allowed for any returns or exchange credits.
*Free delivery for purchases above S$150 is only available for standard delivery service.
*Purchased items are not refundable.
